TASTING NOTE

Colour: light pink.
Smell: spicy, with flower arrangements. Nose currant, strawberry, orange and kiwi. The flavors The red fruits are impressively pure, the flowers and orange peel qualities gain strength in the final taste.
Palate: clean and fast finish, with persistence of anise and red fruit, preserves the flavors with a long finish.

ELABORATION

Own and exclusive vineyard for its elaboration, formed by vines arranged in a “double cordon” and located at 880 m altitude.

Early and night harvest , to guarantee the optimal point of acidity and freshness, in the first weeks of September and manually.

Between 12-20 hours of maceration at low temperature, subsequent bleeding for alcoholic fermentation exclusively of the must, without skins.
