ELABORATION

It comes from a plot located in the shady valley of the Estre cho de Marín, which produces a fresh and balanced grape, giving the wine an elegant structure.

Alcoholic fermentation ends and it undergoes malolactic fermentation in a concrete tank, remaining in it for 4 months.

This process gives frankness to the aromas and allows the tannins to mature slowly thanks to the micro- oxygenation that occurs through the pores of the concrete .

Subsequently, it goes to 5,000 l French oak vats where it is refined before bottling.
