Winemaker: Nacho Álvarez.
Plot: Finca Cuñas (Albariño and Treixadura) / Finca Torreón (Godello).
Floor: Granite (Albariño) / Slate (Godello).
Variety: Godello, Albariño and Treixadura.
Vineyard age: Albariño and Treixadura 45 years / Godello 15 years.
Harvest: manual in boxes of 18 k.
TASTING NOTE
Colour: bright straw.
Aroma: intense, white flowers, lemon peel, anise, fennel, lemon verbena and chamomile, hints of vanilla from its time in the barrel.
Palate: balanced on the palate, fresh, savory, with personality, unctuous and persistent , vibrant finish.
ELABORATION
Coupage of selected varieties from two vineyards.
Pressing and subsequent static settling for 24 hours before entering the barrel, fermentation with controlled temperature in 500 liter barrels. french oak, batonage every two weeks, aged for 5 months in 500 l barrels.
